About Our Quoting Process
We quote our prices as a fixed monthly fee, and perform all of our bookkeeping on a monthly basis for clients. To give you an accurate and fair fee, we review your current financial system and take time to consider how we could improve and automate it using best in class applications or custom made solutions. We’ll usually need at least one call with you, along with temporary access to your current accounting system. When we’re ready to quote, you’ll also be advised how we would set up and run the system, so you know exactly what’s being offered.
