- We guarantee to complete your books and Financial Reports within 30 days of the month closing. If you need information sooner than this, then this can be arranged as part of a custom quote for our Vancouver bookkeeping service
- Accurate and timely reports – 1 custom report per annum. This would cover anything from an annual budget, a cash flow forecast or any other type of custom report. The only stipulation is that this does not cover a custom report that needs to be maintained every month. - Payroll processing on a bi-weekly or monthly basis to ensure your employees are paid accurately, with employee and CRA payments fully automated and managed by Plyo Bookkeeping (This is a separate service add on – see our payroll page
- GST/HST/PST compliance. We’ll make sure you claim as much input GST back as possible, along with filing the returns for you
- Custom solutions to more complex situations. It’s never bookkeeping that’s hard, rather getting information into the right format and into the accounting system is often the most difficult task. Stephen has held multiple roles as Director of Operations and can draw on advanced Excel skills and basic programming knowledge to help you create more automated solutions to some of your most time-consuming admin tasks. We quote our prices as a fixed monthly fee, and perform all of our bookkeeping on a monthly basis for clients. To give you an accurate and transparent bookkeeping service cost, we review your current financial records and accounting system, and take time to consider how we could improve and automate it using best in class applications or custom-made solutions.
By combining modern tools, expert bookkeepers, and a client-focused approach, we deliver timely reports, maintain precise financial records, and help businesses across industries stay compliant, organized, and financially confident.
We’ll usually need at least one call with you, along with temporary access to your current accounting system. When we’re ready to quote, you’ll also be advised how we would set up and run the system, so you know exactly what’s being offered in our Vancouver bookkeeping service.
