About Our Quoting Process
We charge a fixed monthly fee for our Toronto bookkeeping service, so you never get any unwanted surprises. For us to prepare an accurate quote, we would ideally get temporary access to your current accounting system. This allows us to assess the size and scope of the work. If you don’t have an accounting system, then we normally request a copy of your most recent business bank statements. We also have at least one discovery call with prospective clients, and if your needs are more complex, then we may have several calls. When we’re ready to quote, you’ll be given detailed information on how we would set up and run your accounting system – so you know exactly what’s being offered.
